Right, although News, this is more of an Information Post regarding the PoTD's (those in queue, and those that have been posted already)!
When posting comments, you must follow these rules:Quote:

7. Maximum of 3 smilies per regular member.
PoTD’s are here (as many of you will know) for your viewing purposes on the game in hand. Seeing as the game is yet to be released, alternatives will in turn need to be used.
Now, non-eaw PoTD’s – If there isn’t an image available, another image (if posted and has some relation to Star Wars) will be put up! These may vary, from humour, artistic and other games etc. I ask that you vote and comment on these accordingly. Do not vote them down or leave inappropriate comments simply because they are not of EAW essence.
If you really despise a non-eaw related image, then simply don’t post or vote. The images are there for the purpose of the community. If you’re not a fan of them, it would save your time (posting the comments) as well as ours (deleting / editing comments).
If, in time when the game is actually released you wish to leave negative comments, you are free to do so (as long as no attacks are made) – there are rules there for a reason! In turn however, sometimes a non-game image is needed to break the continuation up a little bit. I see no problem to these!

Posts: 949 | In my own view, I can honestly say I don't see a problem with any non game wars based images being used so long as it doesn't break any copyright laws. It does make a nice change to see the likes of rendered shots and even some from other games, and mods (promotion is a great way to keep people coming back). |

I did have the regular EAW before that, so maybe when I uninstalled it, not everyting was deleted, so I could be using the old files instead. But even so, I don't know how t help you. And how come so many people know how to make screenshots, yet they usually don't give you enough help when you ask them, if they even help at all? Where did they learn to make screenshots in the first place, since nobody ever said how to do it, and it wasn't published on the internet? A LOT of help would be appreciated. |
