Description:
This is the third version of Nett40's Clone Wars mod. By using a variety of resources from around the community he has been able to compile a mod that does a great job of creating a Clone Wars environment. This latest version of the mod adds a few new units and changes some old ones. Other changes can be found in the read-me. For a Clone Wars experience give this mod a download.

STAR WARS - CLONE WARS mod V3.0, by nett40

I have compiled a total conversion Clone Wars animated TV-show mod, for Empire at War - Forces of Corruption. The models, icons and textures I have from various mods, addons and donors...
It takes place after the events in STAR WARS - Episode II (Attack of the Clones) and I have changed as little as possible regarding gameplay.
The mod has three playable factions: the Galactic Republic, the Seperatist Alliance (CIS) and the Pirate Consortium. TESTED for Galactic Conquest Gampaign.
I am not trying to take credit for anyones work and I do not want to steal anything from anyone either. I simply want to make a mod that is accessible to all fans of George Lucas Star Wars - Clone Wars series!

Instructions:
1) Download the mod
2) create a mod folder in you Foc Folder
ex- (installation path)* LucasArtsStar wars Empire at War Forces of Corruptionmods
3) Extract the folder called "star_wars-clone_wars_iii" to the mod folder should look like this
ex- (installation path)*LucasArtsStar wars Empire at War Forces of Corruptionmodsstar_wars_clone_wars_iii
4) extract the shortcut that is in the download to your desktop,right click and go to properties.
5) In the target box(of the shortcut that you extracted)it should say this:
"(installation path)*LucasartsStar Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruptionswfoc.exe" MODPATH=Modsstar_wars_clone_wars_iii
6)*IMPORTANT!!* now where i have said (installation path)* this mean that whereever you have installed the game ex "D:Program Files"
or whatever the default is "C:Program Files" but if you installed Foc somewhere else then you must change that to the proper location.
7) If you have done all the above steps correctly click "Apply", then insert your Foc disk and click on the SHORTCUT to start the mod.

Version 3.0 CHANGES:
1) Added fantastic Clone War animated TV-show graphics, symbols and icons by vjeko1701 (Thanks a million for your help vjeko1701).
2) Removed the Magnaguards accompanying General Greivous, added Superbattledroids to the Droid Commander team instead.
3) Added the Padme Amidala Hero-Team (incl. C-3PO), models and textures by LucasartsPetroglyph modified by OMG/Sidious Invader, icons by vjeko1701.
4) Added Generic lander by Redtachi, for Royal Naboo Cruiser, Twilight and Delta-7 landings...
5) Added the Anakin, Ahsoka and R2 Hero-Team, icons by vjeko1701.

9) Added the Royal Naboo Cruiser as Amidalas and C3POs hero transport, model and textures by DTM.
10) Removed Captain Rex - You can now build hundreds of Clone Commanders that look like Commander Fox.
11) Replaced Aayla Secura model with new one, model and textures by LucasartsPetroglyph modified by Sidious Invader. icon by vjeko1701.
12) Added Hero Plo Koon - icons by vjeko1701, model and textures by LucasartsPetroglyph modified by Sidious Invader and vjeko1701.
13) Added Hero Captain Mar Tuuk to the CIS, icon by vjeko1701 (Fleet Commander, commanding Lucrehulk-class Carrier).
14) Added Hero Wat Tambor to the CIS, icon by vjeko1701 (no landmodel, yet).
15) Added Hero Admiral Yularen to the Republic, icon by vjeko1701 (Fleet Commander, commanding Resolute).
16) Added Hero Assaij Ventress to the CIS, icon by vjeko1701 (no landmodel, yet).
17) Added Hero General Lok Durd to the CIS, icon by vjeko1701 (no landmodel, yet).
18) Added Hero Luminara Unduli to the Republic, icon by vjeko1701 (no landmodel, commanding Tranquility).
19) Added Tactical Droid to the CIS as buildable Fleet Commander, bust and normal icon by vjeko1701.
20) Added Tactical Clone Officer to the Republic as buildable Fleet Commander, bust and normal icon by vjeko1701.
21) Added Clone Wars splash screen by SimpleStarWarsFan.
22) Replaced the Botajef AA-9 Transport with the Acclamator-class Transport, by LucasartsPetroglyph modified by Damned Machine aka Tony.
23) Various bugfixes...

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This mod requires Forces of Corruption Expansion pack version 1.1 to run!!!
- This mod would not have been possible without the help and aid of the whole modding community, Lucasarts, Petroglyph and my family!!!
- The Zann Consortium Campaign does not make much sence, since it was designed for the REBELLION vs EMPIRE era and not the CLONE WARS era. But it should be playable!!!
- Playing on various skirmish maps, space or land - may cause the game to CRASH - Mod was primarily designed to be played in the GALACTIC CONQUEST CAMPAIGNS!!!
- The tech-trees are the original ones and do not portray the different versions of factories, units and such correctly!!!
- The Pirates are intended to be very weak and should only be a small inconvenience/distraction. However, if left totally unchecked they could still pose a threat in the long run!!!
- Battledroids and Super Battledroids heals at bacta tanks, although they are machines, altering this would upset gameplay too much, sorry!!!

Patch 2.0 CHANGES:
1) New young Obi Wan Kenobi skin/texture by Admiral_Jamoking, icon by Darth_Windu.
2) New Republic hero Mace Windu skin/texture by Admiral_Jamoking, icon by Haylay.
3) Smugglers and Bounty hunters no longer have space ships, caused to many crashes in SKIRMISH.
4) Various new CIS symbols for the Seperatist Alliance by Haylay.
5) New Clone Wars splash screen by Simplestarwarsfan.
6) New Star Wars - Clone Wars icon by Simplestarwarsfan.
7) Only Jedi Masters (Windu, Kenobi and Yoda) can remove corruption for the Republic.
8) Only Technocrats (Poogle, Wat Tambor and Gunray) can remove corruption for the Seperatists.
9) Various bugfixes!
10) New Hyena Droid Bomber, by warb_null.

Here is a fix... Plo Koon's <Holster_Holstered_Bone_Translation> should be <0.0, -9.0, -1000.0> ... If not... Master Plo just like holding a back hand lightsaber while holstered....

Looks promising. I'll definitely give this a try. Kudos for weakening the underworld faction, but have you considered removing it entirely like Corsuca Fire recommended? Personally, I feel a Clone Wars mod should focus exclusively on the Republic and CIS slugging it out without some arbitrary third faction in the mix.

I agree with Neverhoodian, remove the zann consortium, if you really need a third party, just use the hutts, they are actually at least partly involved

republic space stations dont work
some sort of exception which makes the game not respond
couple other minor problems- scout troopers for example

#1 Yes, Vjeko1710 made some awsome new icons and graphics which made it possible to give the mod a whole new look. In later versions I consider to introduce re-skinned heroes that look like they do in the animated TV-shov!

hi nett.

Your mod is very good but I have some suggestions for your next mod... and plz this is not a criticism:

1* the clone soldiers shooting are green and not blue.

2* the republic used orange instead of red.

3* is a lie that the arc-170 starfighter can not attach the wings, plus they do not have ion cannons ... only have two medium laser cannons and two large.

4* tries to make the heads of the phase 1 clone troopers are like those of the galactic mod resurrection: republic troopers.

5* laser guns (not the turbolaser guns) of the attack cruiser of the republic make shots green instead of blue.

6* tries to make the firing gunship latt using the color blue.

7* about the bombers of the republic: for the second phase of the war (the revenge of the Sith) the republic had no bombers.

8* tries to make the assault ships of the republic to use its red paint when downloading troops as well as at-te.

9* exploration soldiers you gave to the republic are wrong, those are the galactic empire.

10* is a lie that uses beta as a field commander as he is the leader of the soldiers arc.

11* These fighters are making smaller and larger ships will be more realistic as well.

12* Master Mace window uses a laser saber purple not blue.

the reason being he was being hacked by someone on site, and he asked me to spam his page, i didnt even know what to do or how to help him so being a friend i just spamed, so i got banned. sow how have you been? o and if your making another mod i have a parite space station you can use, and im making a kotor mod that going to be as good if not better that raw beter i need help since all my work on moddb is gone!

Can you use the Death Star in this or what? There is an icon for it in the tech tree. It would be cool if you could use it. An early version of it would look cool. Also the Republic should be able to build Jedi temples that can produce Jedi Knights. There should also be some kind of Sith version for the CIS. What every happened to Darth Mull? He was pretty cool. Add him as well. Awsome Mod!!

The mod is very bad. There is almost no vehicles, ships and soldiers. The scale of the jets is too large (reduce it) the blasters have bad color. The cruise venator turbolasers need more on the front. You should improve the skin of the clones. Add more graphic quality (like the clone wars alliance).

Ok, been playing GC as Seperatists. So far, no lag or exception issues! I like the hero characters, they are well chosen (based off the Clone Wars cartoon series. Space is ok, ground is ok.

I have run into some minor 'polishing' issues such as speech but these things are minor and I'm sure you'll polish things up in any future releases.

You have room to still do alot with this mod. Based on initial play as Seperatists, I'd opine that you have a decent mod here. My two cents... smile

Lol...I know its helpful to him, but i think we should give nett40 and his colleagus a little more praze. they've done an amazing job. If they want to make a patch with some of these upgraded, great, if not, thats cool.
Also, the Death Star? we are in republic era here, hello?!
And i dont think sith are right since sideous only had 2 MAIN sith apprentices in old republic times (who knows how many more he used as mininions?) - so if u did make sith, i'd call em sith minions lol.

Don't get me wrong I love this Mod. I have been playing it for hours. I give these guys all the praise in the world. They have done an amazing job. But, just to let you know, Darth Sidious had the blue prints for the Death Star during the Clone Wars so why not just add an early prototype or something? Come on just use your imagination a little. It would be fun to have some kind of super weapon. You don't have to follow the story like a religion. Sith minions would be really cool. Something to balance the Republic Jedi Knights. I think these tweeks would add just a little more depth. Great job though. I will continue to play This kick **** games.Rock

Ye, I know there were the Death star prototype projects, but (and I do take in to account your mention on imagination) it looks like nett40 is trying to stay close to the storyline. Also, the Death star was a mere skeleton by the end of episode 3, Plus, online - although i know not everyone plays that - the death star really sucks seeing as it whipes out half ur army before you can even locate it.

at #21 i was using windows vista pc and the bug just all of the sudden happens while playing, i could'nt even get through the 2nd day in galactic conquest

what i think you should do for the clones is, change the voice to boba fetts, and add plex clones, grenadier clones and special forces, the corporate mod has alot of these in it, but it is'nt just about the clone wars, and i like your layout a little better
keep up the good work, if i knew how to help out, i would, but i need someone to help teach or show me how to make a mod

Great mod from what i can see but, i am hoping the hero's and units were not modeled after the Clone Wars Movie (The Cartoon 1), if so it ruins the entire feel of star wars. I can see the pictures are used from the movie (ie: Dooko having a mile long face, anakin having freakishly bony face)

Great mod and keep up the good work!

I'm using Vista and it works for people who get an exception.

I CTD, probably when I kill Sidious(on Kuat) when he's on the ground. This is also before I conquer the galaxy. After the battle, when the screen pops up saying what units I've lost, I crash.

Some things to consider:
It gets annoying when you can't use bombers to hit through shields. Would you please have the bombers go back to normal?

The Venator needs a bigger and more powerful armament. stick out tongue

A buildable Jedi Temple.

Be able to garrison LAA/T Gunship

Mm, now i'll have my own moan - this is also to other people.
1. I think maybe just 1 of the 2 projectiles of proton torps and conc missiles shuld entre through shields cuz #50 is right, its really annoying lol.
2. Maybe the la-ats shuld be able to be used in space.
3. a jedi temple wuld be pretty awesome...and maybe sith minion training academies, only being able to be built on Korriban, Dagobah and some thing like that. just suggestions, hope their useful

Great mod a long time ago I Downloaded 1.5 then this came out and I was like, " Hey, I remember this!" Also I was thinking instead of the Zann and the Underworld you should make the International Banking Clan that joined the Seperatists take the place of the Zann Consortion.... I'll start Heroes Jango Fett Cad Bane and why asajj ventress that can not fight on land and yea we wan jedi and sith too and KI-Adi-Mundi where is captain Rex and captain Cody why that many vehicles are taken out droids and clones resist is hopeless and that little droid Captain skirmishes out in the other time was fighting against Tyber and later in 7 hours and was overcome with the republic because that's all well and hope are more heroes out of both sides in the series also please put your mod is really cool is one that I liked but I say this only to improve complaint but not pairs but thank you very much for the modRock

I noticed that like i think its a hero for the republic one with c3po her space ship cant be destroyed for me its like all glitchy teleporting from spot to spot and has no places to be destroyed.... also the Super Battle droids Had lasers and Rockets so could you put speciablty same as the like the one tank as the rebels that switches between guns and a few more ground units for the Seperatists big grin and it will be cool like spider droids. or give MTT same special ability as AT-AT and give it lasers o.o other ways this mod is really cool and its my fav Star Wars mod big grin

This is an awsome Clone Wars mod you have the best actually, which is why I want to ask if you could please fix these problems
1. If you could please include Clone Wars music
2. Please give the super battle droids lasers and to be able to switch to rockets like in the corprate mod.
3. Please give the clones blue lasers like in the movie and have them more spread out.
4. When the battle droids are killed by force push they are dead but are still standing please fix it if you can.
5. Please can you make the destroyer droids the phase 1 model phase 2 is a very late model.
6. Lok Durd should be riding the tank that incinarates organics, but please informe me if he realy did make the Gargantuan i'm unsure of that.
7. The MTT doesn't, but should shoot please fix that.
8. Can you please fix the problem that the NR-N99 Enfourcer Droid is unable to ride over and terminate enemy infantry.
9. It is not right having the Pirates included they would be no match for the CIS or Republic.
10. If you do include the Pirates than they should not have destroyer droids, or braodside cuisers for that fact.
11. and finaly there is a use of too many Impirial age units.
Remmember that realism means every thing.
Rise of the Mandalorians is a great mod, if you can fix these problems then you may even match that mode, hand in hand.
This mod is great fun and very good.

Hello,

nice mod. I like it really, but have some problems in Multiplayer. When I start a Multiplayer-Campaign some heros are missing and other are double? For example: no Anakin but two times the admiral. Also the normal bombers are really weak. The are unable to bring a shields of a big ship down. Is there a possibility to fix it myself?

i'd just like to thank all those responsible for this mod its incredible.

i found that my capital ships stubornly refuse to attack pirate stations in skirmish, it works fine in conquest... and the providence and lucrehulk pump out lots of fighters and they shoot it so its no problem.

I like the fact that the ships will, invariably, go broadside onto their targets to get more hardpoints to bear and i love that.

just quickly... i haven't played much of it yet but is the big spiderdroid availbale for the cis, if so where from?

3 of the planets in EaW were not sourced during the Clone Wars according to the base sourse: Taris (City destroyed in KotoR. Not rebuilt till Galactic Civil War)
Vergesso Asteroids (Not a planet but still)
Shola (It first appeared in EaW)

NOTE: In the first version, you didn't need to make Anaxes the Anaxes asteroids. It existed in the Clone Wars as a affiliate of the Republic.

Maybe you can get the FoC map editor to make maps from the Clone Wars. Look up planets at http://www.wookieepedia.com/

They are just suggestion planets he could add. He doesn't need to add all of them to the base galaxy. He can add some of them to galactic conquest if he makes Clone Wars Galactic Conquests.

Your mod is a 'keeper', I enjoy it much! On the subjects of planets, I think in future versions you could expand or at least change the GC layout of planets. The stock FoC is all well and good, but...it's pretty boring (4 years after release of FoC).

Recommend you contact SMG or Phoenix Rising teams to learn how to change/add to the GC scenarios. My take is that if you could change/enlarge the GC, your mod will become 'top-tier', or at least, very close to it.

i am playing this mod in the galactic conquest game as the CIS and i cannot advance to tech level 5 it wont let me. and i am unable to get general grevious or droid tri-fighter squadrons or trade federation cruisers help plz i love this mod

I dont think any of you suggesting planets understand what it takes to add a new GC map to the game. Especially several dozen of them.

Anyways, more planets = way more lag, so its good the way it is now.

but i have one comment about the republic ventor-class crusier..and idk if it was for a reason or not but i just wanted to say that i personally think that the cruiser is wayyy to weak...i mean the show depicts the crusier to stand up to like anything....other than that nice work

great mod overall: just a few concerns of mine=

1. pirates. please just remove them = originally too strong, now WAY too nerfed. i agree with whoever said it, that clone-war mods should focus entirely on republic vs confederacy.
Hutts as another faction would just complicate excessively.

2. Venators: need more muscle =| i think canon has established that 1 venator can take on a small fleet of munificients no problem.

3. Lucrehulks [droid control ships]: more muscle as well. or a LOT more fighters. whilst these things are normally nerfed in most mods, but more OOMPH would provide good balance vs venators.

4. Valiant-class: = venator clone?? just remove it and put in victory-class star destroyers. they were present in the clone wars =) just dont pull a phoenix rising and overload them with concussion missile launchers[which i love, but would seriously screw with balance]

5. Ground units: just a small thing, hope you working on adding everything they are showing in The Clone Wars series =)

6. money balance: i found it kinda skewed for the separatists to have 3 full-blown cost-downers while the republic only had 1? i recommend throwing in palpatine as a full-blown republic hero and discarding sidious. sidious never directly fought in the clone wars, just the grand puppeteer. throw in bail organa as well =) the republic technically had the advantage in terms of logistics in the war.

but aside from those issues. i love it ^.^

i love the concept, but until the pirates are removed completely i cant play anymore, its soo freakin annoying, i was constantly getting defilered, they kept blowing up by building one planet after another it would not end, it was unbearable! other than that i like it but get rid of those god darn pesky pirates, or if its possible get rid of defilers and corruption

Hey by the way awsome mod this will tie me over till RAW comes out but there are some major bugs to be worked in this version the most major one is after I win a battle on hoth in galactic conquest i believe equal footing i am republic the game crashes, I dont know how too prevent that but Im sure your genious modding skills can figure it out,
second bug is plo koon he has his lightsaber out with out attacking and is stabbing him self, I noticed you are using old obi wan base model for most of the jedi but none of the other jedi stab themselves, the third one is aayla Secura space model i cant click too move her any where use the same exact model as you did for plo koon, mace windu, and obi wan kenobi, just change the color, the fourth try getting a ground model for luminara that would be sweet, and a really small one try getting voice overs for all characters it kinda is distracting for all the woman to sound the same try dockingbay101.com thanks for your time and again awsome model but other than that the mod is freakin awsome.

Nett, I like it!! I can see how you've borrowed from other mods - but I think u are doing a good job with the borrowed content. Keep going

1. The animation captures are really nice to look at - anakin and asoka and all the toon faces etc. Also the Venator (Jedi Cruiser) is real nice.

2. The Dooku voice snaps are HOT! He says: "You can do better!" - gg Christopher Lee! That voice is all power.

3. The power balance in Space is not perfect but i think some of the units are just right: Venator - correct, Twilight - correct.. I thought the munificent could be a tad stronger and the providence a tad weaker.

Keep improving all those elements, i really like the mod - its visually really pleasing. 11/10 in that regard.

In series 1 - cant rem which episode - the venators were 3 versus 6 munificent and the venators were "outgunned"... I dont know what the cannon is but I thought the munificents were a little weak in this mod.

Ok, playing as Republic, GC, Equal Footing, 'Hard':

I think it's part of your game design to have the Pirates defile everything (as it is initially impossible to keep the defilers in check). I'm ok with this, just means you have to eliminate them first and foremost!

The cost to remove the corruption is a bit high (IMO).

There seems to be a land 'bug' on Ryloth? It seems no reinforcements can land and the initial landing seems to place the units ou/away from the landing zone. In short, Ryloth cannot be captured??? (Which make the defilers invincible) frown

I like what you've done with the Republic ships, the heros are good but seem a bit weak?

Lastly, the AI on hard gives one a good game despite the reported bugs. Polish this mod up some more and you'll have a highly playable mod. My two cents... smile

Things i think should be fixed to make a much better game...

don't get me wrong its pretty good, probably the best one out there at the moment and there are a lot of things i like about this mod better than the original

sorry if this is long but im naming everything i notice as i play so i can give the most accurate feedback possible. if you do change any of this (particularly the AAT and ATRT issues) i will be extremely grateful.

the constant corruption can be annoying as i have a zero tolerance policy for corruption except on capital ship planets

creating a battle simulator to help with balancing, would be extremely beneficial (like a map creator but you can turn off {or pause} it on whenever you want and place units when paused to better test balancing)

additional unit suggestions as manufactureable or as transports

CIS:
Trade Federation C-9990 Perimeter Patroller (as unit not transport) maybe hold a fighter squad or 2
Trade Federation Missile Frigate
Commerce Guild Diamond Transport Cruiser (as unit not transport) maybe hold a fighter squad or 2

Republic:
ARC-170 Heavy Fighters
Z-95 Headhunter Medium Fighter
Naboo N-1 Starfighters
Naboo N-2 Star Bomber
Old Republic LAAT/i Gunship (unit or transport)
Old Republic LAAT/c Carrier (transport)

boost shield power ability on more ships? also some ship shields are ridiculously strong compared to others
ex: providence class CIS vs any republic ship particularly Grievous's ship (on medium as Republic i sent a republic heavy cruiser against him and it was destroyed without hardly doing any damage to shields... so i send 6 Acclaimators and the Resolute in and the only way i won was to use the proton beam on the shield generator, it almost didn't destroy it, afterwords grievous proceeds to destroy 2 Acclaimators and severely damages Resolute before being destroyed)


grievous is over powered, resolute should be able to do more damage without using proton beam, rustbucket is very over powered and can shoot backwards, allayas ship is un-selectable and to large, resolute should head towards target when using proton beam rather than turning sideways,

have torrent fighters be able to "lock foils" like an x wing? also they are very lacking in combat effectiveness
why cant i target or shoot transport class 1s?

find a unit to replace broadside, ipv, and tartan too, it doesn't really feel like a CIS vs republic battle with those dominating low tech

CIS needs light carrier or something like that to have fighters in low tech ships (see above for CIS unit suggestions)

ships occasionally turn around the long way, although this happens in the normal version if you could fix this it would be great

Bnoticed that republic ship models are significantly better

unit pricing should be better adjusted for the firepower you are getting. IE: munificent vs commerce guild, munificent has about 3 times the firepower but commerce guilds shields are about 5 times stronger

didn't Munificents and/or Commerce Guild Recuscants have fighter launch capability?

droids inability to "cover" makes them extremely easy to take out with Republic infantry

why are gungans sided with sith?

not having padme talking every time she shoots would help

anakin should have force crush, also force push doesnt affect droids for some reason

have republic AI not just spam bi-ped walkers and have it make infantry and heavy units too

make bunkers and buildings more susceptible to light fire, it shouldn't take an army to take down 1 bunker or base structure in a decent amount of time

decrease transport unload times

make super battle droids able to switch between lasers and rockets

game calls yoda "nute gunray" on the objectives list

put STAPS on a lower tech level and lower tech steal price?

units seem incapable of shooting indigenous jedi knights on corusaunt, sometimes i can get them to sometimes but its pretty annoying. seems that only secondaries shoot them consistently

significantly decrease hail fire effectiveness against infantry, maybe rapid fire concussion missile rather than proton torps. (1 that would be more realistic because they actually shot missiles not area of effect guided bombs 2 they wouldn't be able to "run and gun" around destroying swathes of enemies) if you want the anti infantry capability how about a secondary rapid fire laser cannon?

AT RTs and ATPTs are almost more effective against vehicles than infantry, anti infantry effectiveness should be boosted at anti vehicle expense

republic needs a medium to low tech anti vehicle unit or two

downsize enforcers maybe?

AT PTs are more significantly more durable than their purpose suggests they be. they're basically atsts in firepower and defense (why are they "weak against AATs" if they can kill one AAT 1 on 4 if the atpt doesn't run?)

units shooting an atrt shoot right in front so they miss a lot

AAT Main Gun is way underpowered, secondaries too but not as important. AT-RTs and AT-PTs are way too difficult to take out with them. remember it is a MainBattleTank. if you want you can up the cost to balance the firepower increase

although enforcers did significantly overpower AATs they were much more comparable in size and firepower (as CIS on easy: 3 enforcers took down about 20 atrts and 4 ATPTs easily while 4 AATs took down about 3 atrts before they all died {facing comparable numbers} plus the automatic miss thing applied to the AAT so half the shots missed)
perhaps decrease enforcer and increase AAT firepower?

what is the point of a MTT that cannot "deploy" like an ATAT? you can hardly get any units into a battle anyway with the low pop caps, aside from running everything over which is the only point i see in its existence since its so durable, i also find it ironic that the only thing that could destroy one on one particular battle i played was yoda swinging his lightsaber... considering that could never happen
i prefer the version that deploys like an ATAT with weapon capability and is not as durable and maybe slower and more resilient to heroes

Droidekas should be treated more as powerful as super durable heavy infantry, not light/medium anti everything vehicles

unit pricing should be better adjusted for the firepower you are getting. AAT and enforcers are relatively close yet enforcers are ridiculously more powerful

as they are repulsorlift ATATs shouldnt be able to run stuff over and CIS spaceships need to be fixed (munificents and other frigates hardpoints can shoot through sides of the ship, poraxs have that annoying automatic miss thing)

ok so i upgraded to the new version 3 clone wars mod. and tough it does look awesoume i have no trade routs so i caint move my ships and people from planet to planet i tried down loading it again and it still happend so any ideas, also if you would tell me wich file controlls the movement between planets ill try to fix it my self thx, keep up the good work email me at tannerjoe4491@gmail.com

I've noticed Battle Droids can make quick work of Clones most of the time, Republic vehicles do almost no damage to Droid forces, and the Droids always attack with swarms of 80+ Enforcer Tanks.

Also, could you please make the combat more realistic, like lasers insta-killing and the like, like in ACM 2.4?

Yes, please get rid of the pirates. They don't really fit into this all that much as far as the actual war goes, and there wasn't an all out invasion of hutt held world either, which the faction would force us to do.

Btw, by pirates I mean the consortium faction.

Also, some little things, some cruiser I think or a corvette has Ventress' face on it on the losses screen.

Ahsoka could use her actual voice, I feel like I'm ordering ventress around big grin.

Change the Republic lasers to blue, maybe with a little more trail on them in the space battles.

I'm shocked that you actually have all the jedi and all the separatist heroes, the only thing i think that's missing is the subjugator battleship (malevolence) used by Grievous prior to him acquiring the invisible hand.

If you have in fact given it to grievous, i apologize for the comment as i haven't tried the mod yet, but am interested.

if you want to make battles intresting you could put arc squads in for mabey 1500-1250 and to balence it out you could use any droids in the list http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Separatist_Droid_Army i would go with C-B3 cortosis battle droid or B3 ultra battle droid but love the mod

this mod has great potential, keep up the good work!

I do think it's missing a few units, like that republic frigate that looks like a blend of an acclimator and the consular corvette.

each of the jedi knights/masters should control a venator as they would in space combat, but Luminara can't fight on land..

the separatist side needs more units, like the super tank, the seismic tank (warb made a model for this)

it'd be neat to see admiral trench also, in his providence cruiser. trench was known as a terrifying admiral, so maybe he should get a huge morale boost?

Have you thought of giving the admirals each a fleet to control that's theirs automatically? nothing major, just four or five muun frigates and maybe a reclusant.

one small glitch is when one of the jedi come into space i think Aayla Secura but the ship is lager than any other eta-2 and you cant control it

But where are the magnaguards??? I think they were mentioned in the readme but i cant find them.
And another thing: Bombers cant get through the enemys shields with their Proton bombs, which is really annoying and makes them useless.(I dont know if anyone already mentioned this above)

I'm looking forward to version 4.

Sorry for triple post but i want to say, nett40, make more units for CIS and Republic and especially for pirates. And if possible in next version make galactic conquest map without pirates, they make the game horrible when playing other factions by sabotaging and corrupting. Also new heros for pirates please!.......
And by the way wat is ur real name?.. would be nice to know a name of such a nice modder...big grin just asking, if dont want to answer its OK.wink

hi i downloaded your mod and somethings u need to fix ok. The droid capital ships are way to strong same with grevousies ship it took me 4 cruasaders to take at one capital ship and i could not even get threw the shields on grivouses ship.even with 2 space cannons would not get threw so please fix those

Ok I've had this mod for awhile and I guess I'm the only who has this problem; I can load the mod fine but the menus and everything like "Singleplayer" "Multiplayer" "Options" etc are just white and I can barely see the outline of the words on some and just nothing at all on others. If anyone knows anything or any way to fix it plz tell me. I can't see which side I choose in battles.

Downloaded the mod and really enjoy playing it. However I noted that the Trade Federtion Battleship seems under sized and under powered. Is that done on purpose?

Are you gonna upgrade this? Make a 4th version? I'd like to see that. If you make a 4th upgrade, you should include a V-19 Torrent and Jedi Starfighter for ground units that fly. That'd be awesum smile !

I'd like to see the subjugator battle ship added to the CIS as a SSD caliber ship, since it was capable of single handedly destroying a fleet of 4 venators or more by itself. (Malevolence)

I was going to comment about grievous but it seems like you fixed him, he's badass now.

I'd like to see admiral trench and his fleet, it'd be a nice addition. I think the trade federation battleship should be added, a modified version with more firepower and less fighter cap.

Most importantly, Warb null made the Seismic tank, it should be there for the seps.

Other than that, this mod is epic and i love playing it.

you need to extende duration on venator shields because they are too weak and also the hull it makes venator much weaker then grievous s ship it but the mod is great big grin

For those of you using the gold edition with steam, if you want to get this to work here is how I did it.

Take the data folder inside the mod folder and then paste that in the corruption folder, which is inside the Star Wars Empire at War folder, inside your steam folder:

Steamsteamappscommonstar wars empire at warcorruption

Overwrite everything. Then just launch Forces of Corruption from steam and you'll be able to play the mod. Of course this will overwrite FoC data, so if you ever want to play FoC again you'll have to reinstall. Verifying game cache may do this, I don't know.

Did you read the other comments? Maybe there is already a solution concerning your problem. And, by the way, I think that in the readme you'll find an instructin how to install the mod.

Instructions:
1) Download the mod
2) create a mod folder in you Foc Folder
ex- (installation path)* LucasArtsStar wars Empire at War Forces of Corruptionmods
3) Extract the folder called "star_wars-clone_wars_iii" to the mod folder should look like this
ex- (installation path)*LucasArtsStar wars Empire at War Forces of Corruptionmodsstar_wars_clone_wars_iii
4) extract the shortcut that is in the download to your desktop,right click and go to properties.
5) In the target box(of the shortcut that you extracted)it should say this:
"(installation path)*LucasartsStar Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruptionswfoc.exe" MODPATH=Modsstar_wars_clone_wars_iii
6)*IMPORTANT!!* now where i have said (installation path)* this mean that whereever you have installed the game ex "Dstick out tonguerogram Files"
or whatever the default is "Cstick out tonguerogram Files" but if you installed Foc somewhere else then you must change that to the proper location.
7) If you have done all the above steps correctly click "Apply", then insert your Foc disk and click on the SHORTCUT to start the mod.

That's how you find it in the instructions.

I love this mod,but i have a few of ideas

Laat should be garrisonable
jedi temple buildable and create Jedi Knights
the clone troopers are just fine, but you should search some better models
in Eriadu i dont remember, there its a POW camp, and its from the republic, but the objectives says: Destroy the CIS POW camp to liberate allies.
and the zann consortium should be a little weak, because i end fighting pirates instead of droids, and could be Hutt Cartel like in the series.
ARC 170 could lock S foil
the B2 battle droids would change from laser to rockets
and almost all natives should join the republic like the ewoks and the gungans
luminara should attack in ground battles too

With that you probably will get the perfect Clone Wars mod
and im waiting a V4 mod, cuz this is the best mod i ever played

i forgot something: i found nute gunray in a transport, i was with my fleet to destroy him, but the shots passes trough him, missiles laser and i was pursuing him with everything, venators v wings BTL bombers and acclamators. finally he escaped. frown

The biggest bug is in my opinion the following one:
Some ground units have got Acclamantor 1 class cruisers as a space transport.
The problem is: you can't attack them, but they can attack you which is not good.
With only those Acclamantors in your fleet, you can't loose. Well, hopefully this will be fixed in version 5.

Just downloaded the mod and one of the few i actualy enjoy..
Now to the question, I was windering if someone could help me change the Valiant from the heavy cruiser role to a flagship.
This would involve:
1: Increasing attack
2: Increasing defence -done-
3: Increasing cost -done-
4: Setting the build limit to 1
5: Changing planets required to just Coruscant -done-
6: Changing station and tech level to 5
7: Limiting its choices in names to just "The Valiant"
and if possible double the size.
while some of the stuff i have managed to do there are still several that dont seem to work. Ii have changed the build limit in the "spaceunitscapital" XML file along with the tech and station level however i can still build more than 1 and can access the ship at tech lvl 4 with a lvl 4 station. As for the weapons, the name change and the size, im not even sure where to start with those

I was in a space battle between CIS (me) and the Republic, and I couldn't shoot all but 2 of their transports! There was a stupid Acclamator 1 harassing my Banking Clan Frigates and I wasn't able to fire upon it! Is that suppose to happen?

First... a knew campaign perhaps ideas from the actual cartoon eg: anikan ashoka+obi-wan+Mace windu attack ryloth and Wat tabor is on the planet and mar tukk is commanding the blockade around ryloth.

Next... instead of the zann consortium put Bounty hunters for instance Cad bane, aura sing, well bosc is already there big grin, Boba Fett(Young form perhaps hanging out with aura), Hondo.

Knew ships/Soldiers... General grevious should be in charge of the molvolence, a crab droid would be great, Obi-Wan should be in a cruiser instead of a Fighter

1.(VOICING) First off I LOVE this mod! Its just...some of the stuff in it is not so good. The biggest for me is the VOICES.. I think it wouldn't be such a bad idea if you went in and maybe changed them. So that all the female voices don't sound the same as Silri.

2(SKINNING) Second I think it would be best if you went in and changed the way Aayla Secura looks because it's like you just went in and changed the coloring of Silri's(it seems you liked to use her allot for this mod.) clothing and added a twi'lek in it(which I'm 99.9% sure you did..). Now other then the way Aayla looks and the way most(all?) the females have the same voicing this is a GREAT mod.

3.THIRD(this is just my idea..) You should add Shaak Ti as a hero!! Even if she DID only show in one episode of the 3rd season she is the BEST jedi ever and I think it would make allot of people happy if you added her(maybe?)! Remember don't just throw something together and give her Silri's voice.. That's just wasting your great artistic ability.

These are just my ideas on how you can make the game better for when(if?) you make a version 3.1 or will it be 4.0?? Thanks for reading my idea(if a game modder for this does??) and take what I have to say to heart because I really do think giving all the female characters there own voice and changing the way some of them look so they don't look so thrown together this would be the BEST mod out there..!

And NO I did NOT read all of the comments because that would take freaking FOREVER so please forgive me if someone has already said something about the things I have listed above.. -.- So don't be being mean to me Cry I'm just voicing my ideas.. Also for all the people that say they have problems making the game work this game works JUST FINE and IF it's not working for you have you even tried looking up some ways to get it to work??

1.Did you use WinRAR or anything else like that to extract it?(It's not just going to work on its own people! Give some effort.)
2.Did you make a MOD file for your FoC folder to put the extracted stuff into it?(Remember if it doesn't want to extract into the mod folder like my Republic at War mod did you can always put the RAR folder into your picture area and extract it there then cut it and past it into you mod folder as I did.)
3.Did you even USE the swfoc_clone_wars_iii_mod.exe starter to open the game? If you didn't I'm pretty sure it wont work.(If you're having trouble getting it onto you desktop you can cut and past it onto your desktop it wont hurt anything.. Just leave everything else alone or the game wont work I'm sure.)

If you didn't do these things to get you game to work care to go in and try it and see if it works? Remember that this is a very large gaming file and it also may just be that you computer/laptop just does not have the needed things to use it.

Do you have the EaW and FoC disks installed or do you have that golden pack thing where they both come in the same disk? That could be your problem because I've seen someone say that if you have the gold pack it will NOT work with the mods..

with V4 of this mod, you can build clone commanders, Cody, Gree, Rex, Baccura ect. but only on Kimino, but in GC there is no Kimino.

- Problem with Shortcut - the driver or network connection that the shortcut "swfoc_clone_wars_iii_mod.exe.Ink" refers to is unavaliable. make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again

Hey, amazing mod, i've really enjoyed the work you're put into it. And i'm sorry to have to admit it, but i've one small complaint. Just one.
As a bit of a lore buff, i've noticed the absence of the Rendili Star Drives Dreadnought-class heavy cruiser, a Republic staple, in the line up. I know it's not present in the Cartoon Series, but that's one of Georgie's many failings, and as the canon was established long before it, they should be included.
I'm sure i'm just being particular, and i should probably just learn how to code it in myself, but i don't really have the time to learn how. Hope you consider this if you decide to release a new version smile
(And if you don't, then a tutorial on how to transplant one ship for another would be amazing!)

ok #1 i got a new computer and i lost the files for empire at war foc, and i cant find the littlle booklet with the serial number on it, soo i was wondering do you need foc for the clone wars mod????

its realy realy good mod one of the best mods !! but need a patch and sond fix and some bugs realy bad ,but i think its a excelente mod just need a bit more attention and work i wop to sea a new version of the game

hey there i have taken great interest in your clone wars mod and would like to be able to play it but this has not been possible because for some reason when i download it and follow your installation instructions it dosen't play the real mod only the origional forces of corruption can you please give me any advice or people i can talk to or videos to watch to resolve this problem...

Several of the indigenous forces in the game fight for the wrong side. The Gungans, Bothans, Mon Calamari, and Humans on Corellia fight for the Separatists, while the Mustafarians fight for the Republic.

For everyone Who does have no clue, what to do with the downloaded files and how to install them, so that the mod works :
First of all Read the "README.TXT" very carefully, because it explains EVERYTHING just fine !!! In case that is not a solution, try searching a tutorial video on Youtube !

There really are enough videos to show that step by step.
