Infinites ROTJ Darth Vader (1.0) - File Description

Description:

A glowing white Darth Vader? Is he an angel? An angel of death? I'm not at all familiar with the Infinities comic that this is referencing, but it looks pretty good (except for the cape part, please find a way to fix that for maximum glowing factor). You'll need to know some coding to get this to work in game.

	Readme File: Readme for Infinites ROTJ Darth Vader This is my very first reskined model.(Woohoo) So if it does look bad that's the reason. This pack includes a reskin and hexedited model of Darth Vader made to look like Vader from the Star Wars Infinites Return of the Jedi Comic. I also changed Vader to have a blue lightsaber instead of a red one. So far the only bug I found is that Vader's cape stays black even though I did reskin that part too. Pack includes: RI_vader.alo RI_vader.dds W_laser_smalB.dds (so Vader will have a blue saber) i_button_White_Vader.tga (Made using the image of Vader from Infinites ROTJ) Also includes an XML file for Vader. This only woks for FoC. I made the pack similar to the way Warb Null makes his model packs, so you only have to do a few things to use it. If you use this in a mod just give credit to Admiral Ace, you don't need to ask permission. I hope to make more reskins, but I haven't decided what yet.

The weird thing is I tried using him for the Empire and it had no problems, except for him being too bright that you could go blind. I think the problem has to do with skirmish mode or the Rebels. Hopefully my next ones will be better, I going to try and make a few Jedi.

For those of you who aren't familiar with the source material, the Star Wars Infinities are "what if" stories that explore possible outcomes if canonical events turned out differently. This Vader skin is inspired by Star Wars Infinities: Return of the Jedi, where a redeemed Anakin dons a white version of the suit.

I personally don't like most of the Infinities stories, as they tend to be badly written and uninspired. To each his own, though.
